How do I know which size to order?

Our panjabi sizes run one size smaller than US standard, so we recommend ordering one size up from your usual fit. Formal shirts, polo shirts, t-shirts, and trousers run true to size. For exact chest, length, and waist measurements, check the size guide before ordering.

Do you deliver outside Dhaka?

Yes, we deliver nationwide across Bangladesh using trusted couriers. Every order is delivered regardless of district, whether inside Dhaka or elsewhere in the country.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 1–2 business days inside Dhaka and 3–5 business days nationwide. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free inside Dhaka on orders over ৳2,000. Orders below that amount, or delivered outside Dhaka, carry a delivery charge, which is shared with you when you confirm your order over WhatsApp.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. You pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging. To start a return or exchange, message us on WhatsApp with your order details. Since we do not process online refunds, approved returns are resolved as either an exchange or store credit.

How do I care for the fabric?

Most of our panjabis, shirts, and t-shirts are cotton and should be machine washed cold. Wash similar colors together, avoid bleach, and air dry or tumble dry on low to keep the fabric and print looking new. Check the specifications on each product page for the exact fabric and care instructions for that item.

How do I place an order?

Orders are placed over WhatsApp, not through an online cart. Open the product you want, choose your size, and tap the order button — it opens a WhatsApp chat pre-filled with the product name and size so you can confirm quantity, delivery address, and payment directly with us.

What if my size isn't listed or the item is out of stock?

If a size isn't listed on the product page, it's currently out of stock. Message us on WhatsApp to ask about restock timing, or check back on the product page, since we update availability as new stock arrives.

What fabric are StitchGlory panjabis made of?

StitchGlory panjabis are made from 100% cotton or slub cotton, ranging from 140 to 180 GSM depending on the design. Each product page lists the exact fabric, weight, and care instructions under the specifications section.

Does StitchGlory accept bKash or online payment?

Not yet. StitchGlory currently accepts Cash on Delivery only. bKash, Nagad, and online card payments via SSLCommerz are planned for a future update.

Can I order from outside Bangladesh?

StitchGlory currently delivers only within Bangladesh. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are in Bangladesh temporarily, you can order to any domestic address.

What is the price range for StitchGlory products?

Prices range from ৳890 for a basic t-shirt to ৳2,490 for a premium panjabi. Formal shirts are ৳1,590–৳1,890, polo shirts ৳1,490–৳1,590, and trousers ৳1,490–৳1,790. All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include no hidden charges.

How do I track my order?

After your order is confirmed on WhatsApp, we share a courier tracking number once the item ships. You can track delivery status through the courier's website or app. Inside Dhaka, most orders arrive within 1–2 business days.
